i really like your use of colors. usually cooler colors are used for the shadows, but you managed to use both cool and warm colors. it creates an interesting effect. and of course the painting itself is gorgeous.

Agh, this picture is just so beautiful. I have to say that this is one of my favorite paintings I've ever seen, and one of the most beautiful ones. I just love everything about this picture; the expression, all the little details, the light. Everything works.
